ESSEC招生录取总监Camille亲临中国“Meet and Greet”｜北京上海面对面精彩回顾

11月初，ESSEC高等商学院北京代表处在上海和北京成功举办了两场“Meet and Greet”系列线下活动，为2025年度的申请者和潜在候选人提供了与ESSEC总部招生录取总监、中国代表处优秀校友兼企业高管、法国在华企业人力资源总监、优秀校友家长、以及雅思官方相关人士面对面交流的珍贵机会。In early November, ESSEC’s Beijing Representative Office successfully hosted two “Meet and Greet” events in Shanghai and Beijing, offering 2025 applicants and potential candidates the chance to meet with key ESSEC representatives, alumni, HR executives from French companies in China, and IELTS officials.
本次系列活动共吸引了超过100位优质候选者报名参与，他们的在校升学指导老师和家长朋友也一同前来，现场气氛热烈，互动频繁，大家受益良多。Over 100 candidates participated, along with their academic advisors and parents, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere.
在此次活动中，招生录取总监Camille TRZASKA从法国专程前来参加，在两场开场发言中表达了与潜在候选人面对面交流的极大期待，并详细介绍了ESSEC的招生选拔模式，分享了对候选人充满激励和启发的见解，在自由交流环节中，他和所有的在场参与嘉宾们通过细致的解答和个性化的指导，为考生们提供了深入的建议和答疑解惑帮助考生们更全面地了解申请过程，提供了宝贵的报考策略，让每位参与者都深受启发。
Camille TRZASKA, ESSEC’s Admissions Director, traveled from France to share insights on the admissions process and provide personalized guidance during the interactive Q&A sessions, helping candidates refine their application strategies.
【01. 活动精彩回顾｜Event Recap】

上海场活动亮点纷呈。招生录取总监的发言拉开了活动序幕，紧接着由MK亚太区总裁线上分享她的就读经历，为报考学生们提出了“三个关键词”：motivation, persistence, learning agility，并祝愿大家报考成功。
The Shanghai event featured exciting highlights. The Admissions Director’s speech kicked off the event, followed by a virtual sharing session from MK Asia Pacific President, who spoke about her experience and shared three key words for applicants: motivation, persistence, and learning agility, wishing the students success in their applications.
随后，法荷航大中华区HR总监为候选人带来求职与职业发展方面的洞见和建议, 现场问答环节气氛热烈，展现出大家对于求职就业市场的极大关注。
Next, the HR Director for Air France-KLM Greater China shared insights and advice on career development and job hunting, with an enthusiastic Q&A session showcasing the audience’s keen interest in the job market.
优秀本科BBA项目在读校友家长也参与了分享，为现场的高中生升学指导老师和一些家长们带来宝贵的建议，最后的圆桌会议由1位本科生以及3位硕士毕业校友参与，分享了他们的报考，学习和职业经验。
The parents of outstanding BBA students also participated in the event, providing valuable advice to high school students, guidance counsellors, and parents. The event concluded with a roundtable discussion featuring an undergraduate and three master’s alumni, who shared their experiences in application, study, and career paths. Notably, the GBBA alumni also served as the MC for both 2 events, showing the great support and enthusiasm from our alumni.

北京场同样不乏亮点。
招生录取总监的发言深入解析了招生选拔的整体情况，并在互动问答环节为候选人答疑解惑，兼具亲和力和专业性。
Same as the event in Shanghai, the Admissions Director’s speech provided an in-depth analysis of the overall selection process, and the interactive Q&A session addressed candidates’ questions with a combination of approachability and professionalism.
活动还包括北京代表处代表们对本科以及硕士项目和招生条件的详细介绍，校友学习体验分享，以及本科BBA项目优秀学生家长的心得分享。
The event also included detailed presentations on undergraduate and master’s programs and admissions requirements from the Beijing Representative Office, alumni sharing their learning experiences, and insights from parents of outstanding BBA students.
英国文化协会的老师也详细介绍了雅思考试。活动在热烈的答疑和酒会环节中落下帷幕，大家交流畅快，意犹未尽。
A representative from the British Council also provided a thorough introduction to the IELTS exam. The event concluded with a lively Q&A session and networking reception with cocktail, where participants enjoyed fruitful exchanges.

Looking ahead to early 2025, we will be organizing similar “Meet and Greet” offline events in Shenzhen or Guangzhou, and Taiwan area. We will also invite ESSEC headquarters guests, local alumni, and business professionals to meet face-to-face with applicants in Greater China, and there may be different themed “master class” activities arranged as well.Stay tuned for more details!
